What is Sleep Apnea?
Sleep Apnea is a common condition in which your breathing stops and restarts many times while you sleep. This can prevent your body from getting enough oxygen. You may want to talk to your healthcare provider about sleep apnea if someone tells you that you snore or gasp during sleep, or if you experience other symptoms of poor-quality sleep, such as excessive daytime sleepiness.

Here's what we do:
Apnea Alert is here to help. We provide a wearable sensor that can be worn on your chest when you sleep. The sensor will detect your breathing patterns, sleep position, and heart rate levels and send the data to our cloud server. We will then analyze the data and send you a notification if we detect any abnormalities.

METHODOLOGY
View Sensor
The system consists of the following components:
Arduino Nano
Arduino Nano is a small, breadboard-friendly board with exceptional interaction features and end-to-end technology control. It also has a built-in gyroscope, which measures the angle of the body.
Muscle Sensor
The Myoware muscle sensors process the electrical signals from the electrodes. These signals are then sent to the Arduino Nano to be processed.
Electrodes
These electrodes detect the electrical signals dispersed around your body that activate your muscles. These signals are then sent to the Myoware muscle sensors to be processed.
Heart Sensor
